What is in this video

Sivea (she/her) describes how she has been a caregiver for three important people in her life and how it has been both challenging and rewarding. She talks about learning how to delegate by using commonly available support, like transportation services. While the coordination takes time, by using these services she has been able to help the people she is a caregiver for and is also able to take care of herself better.
